By early 2093 the Intercorp Council had created a population database containing 204,975,612 citizens' names and DNA numbers. These citizens would, it was hoped, provide Intercorp with the psychic counterfield to the rapidly generating Migration. Names are available from Life Support via Central Processing AI on a need-to-know basis. Search algorithms include ethnic/linguistic and geographic-intensive parameters. Order signed and dated Regent Sable, Protector.
